March Rereading Madness: Day 3 (and apologies in advance)

Hello friends!

It is Day 3 of March and I’m already feeling overwhelmed. Not with the reading, but all the ancillary aspects (basically the blogging stuff). This is what I read today:

Annabel Thong by Imram Hashim – This is not a reread, but a new one! It’s the book club pick for the next meeting and my first Singaporean Chic-Lit novel! I’ve got to say, I’m enjoying it a lot (actually, much more than literary fiction because I’m shallow like that).

Winter Garden by Kristin Hannah – I was considering rereading another nonfiction book (Grit is on the list) but then I saw this and remembered that I’ve been wanting to reread Kristin Hannah. I think there was a time where I read quite a few of her books in one go and loved them, but then… nothing. Bookstagram made me want to reread Kristin Hannah and I’m glad I’m doing so.

Coming up in the next few days:

  1. I’ve got to write my monthly newsletter and send it out tomorrow. Currently, I’ve got… an outline.
  2. I’ve got to finish my draft of an article about Sayama tea by the eighth. Currently I’m…. halfway done.
  3. Two dinner events (one on Friday and one on Thursday)

So in light of this, the blog is going to go quiet for a while. I’ve got a tea review that’s almost ready to go – if I can take the images in time, it will be posted tomorrow or Friday. Apart from that, I’m going to deliberately not do the daily updates until Saturday, so that I have the mental space to write everything else.

    1. Thanks! I’ve, thankfully, finished the article so that’s a huge load off my mind! Just the events left!

What do you think?
