Update + Short Video

Hello friends!

If you noticed that I’ve been posting a bit more regularly than normal this week, it’s because I caught COVID-19 and was stuck at home. It’s not been great, because I was supposed to attend my sister’s wedding this week and I tested positive the day of my flight, but luckily, I’ve had a fairly mild case. I’ll probably be coughing for a loooong time but I’ve been able to function and that’s good.

With this time, I finally had no excuse not to compile all the short clips that I took during my last month in Nice. I never really understand why people filmed videos before but now I do – it’s nice to have a video as a reminder of where I was. Since the video is ready, I thought I’d share it with you:

  1. Sorry to hear that. I just had Covid, so I know that sucks. Took me like 3 days to get through the worst of it. Mostly coughing and being incredibly tired all the time. Like so tired, I could barely read.

    Take care. And thanks for the video, you really captured some fine memories of Nice on film. Ending it with your favorite tea place is just the icing on the cake.

    1. Yikes, sounds like you had it worse than me! I was also more tired than normal (and couldn’t read) but I could still get food and general life stuff.

      Yes, that was my favourite place in Nice, especially the last two months!

  3. It’s so sad you got covid! I got it just before I was supposed to see my dad on his birthday, not the same as missing a wedding but definitely still sad so I get it, and I had it pretty bad so that was rubbish too. I hope you’re feeling better now!
